What's on now at CBS?
The heart of Campus Bible Study is the community of Christians who gather in 2s & 3s, with small groups from their faculty, or in a large group from across the campus – lots of different formats, but one common goal: prayerfully engaging with God through his Word in order to know and serve him! We often summarise this with our mission statement:
Â
Prayerfully proclaiming the crucified Christ as Lord of all, we evangelise, teach, train and send each other, as God’s servants into all the world.
We would love you to personally invest in this same mission on campus at UNSW! Around this essential core, there are lots of activities that support and enable the work. Below are details of some current opportunities to make the most of during your time at Uni.

Plan and sign-up for Term 2 2026!!
Sure there are a few assignments and exams still to come, but as you do start to think about your time next term, make sure you plan your classes (and your work) around making the most of this season at Uni to serve and grow as a Christian! Wherever possible, spread your CBS involvement out over a few days to help others to engage with CBS, provide more opportunities to meet and minister to others, and to help you digest and apply what you’re learning!
crossangles.app is a great resource to help plan your timetable, and then you can sign-up here!

This term we are launching a new Bible Talk particularly for post-grad students (masters and PhD) as well as UNSW staff. It will run on Tuesday at 4pm location TBC in partnership with Lewis Jones (our post-grad specialist!) and the FOCUS international ministry. If you meet post-grad students or get chatting with your lecturers, tutors and lab demonstrators, this is for them! Feel free to come along with them to learn from God’s word together!
International Bible Studies
These evangelistic Bible studies replace Discover Jesus as a welcoming and accessible place to bring walk-up contacts and classmates who are from overseas and interested to learn about Jesus! They are run in partnership with our FOCUS international ministry and meet on Wednesday and Thursday 11-12pm at the sundial in the Quad. Invite others, coming along with them, and pray that God would use these studies to help many to meet Jesus!Â
Mission Prayer Groups
UNSW is such an immense mission field that rightly absorbs lots of our focus. But the whole world belongs to God and owes Him glory and needs Jesus.
