Partnership Postcards
These can be a great resource to help people pray for you. For consistency, please download this A6 template, update with your own information and then you can export as an pdf for printing / sending to your partners.
Partnership Powerpoint and Flyers
For people to partner with you, the best option is to direct them to sign-up on the website, both to pray and to financially support you. Information can be found at https://campusbiblestudy.org/support/ . For people to pledge their financial partnership, they can fill out the credit card, direct debit or internet transfer form with their intended partnership to start on 1 January (they can also start financially supporting you before 1 January and this money will be allocated to you as a reserve). If you require a paper form, you can download one here.
Below is a presentation giving an overview of some partnership details, some sample slides, flyers, and newsletters, as well as a couple of example flyers.
Financial Updates
From 1 October, the office will send you financial updates every week or two, depending on how many donations you receive. They want to protect you from knowing exactly how much each person gives, so if you have only one new financial partner, they will delay letting you know your updated pledge amount. The office want to support you and provide all the information you need, but please be considerate of them and their other workload commitments.
Newsletters
We encourage you to send regular newsletters to your partners to inform their prayers and encourage them with what God is doing in you and on Campus. You can send emails or mail-merges through CCB, or a number of staff find mailchimp helpful. It allows you to simply compose and track personalised HTML emails (this means you can add pictures and other formatting). You can make an account for free and try one of our templates (a simple short template or a slightly longer alternative) – you can make your own, but don’t get caught up spending too much time on this 🙂
